We deliver to the communities of Joliet, Morris, Channahon, Minooka, Shorewood, Seneca, Diamond, Coal City, Plainfield and surrounding areas.

Classic Floral Design makes daily deliveries to homes, businesses, hospitals, funeral and nursing homes. Our goal is to deliver beautiful, quality arrangements as ordered, on time, as fresh as possible! Our deliveries are made in person, not in an overnight delivery box!

Orders must be placed by 10:00 a.m. for same-day delivery. Depending on the availability of floral stock, substitutions may be required for same day delivery.

Standard delivery hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12 Noon

Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 12 Noon

For our customers who find themselves in a position of having to get a floral tribute to our delivery area outside of our normal working hours, we have put in place an on-call system so you have access to a florist 24 hours per day. Please find to follow the instructions and charges for after hours floral design and delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Saturday for Sunday delivery are subject to additional design and delivery charges.

All requests to deliver a product already designed but after delivery hours will be a charge back to your credit card of an additional $20.00

All requests to design a product after standard operational hours, will be subject to a charge back to your credit card at an additional $35.00 per product.

All requests to either design and/or deliver a product on an observed holiday will be at an additional $100.00 charge back to your credit card.

If you want to order a flower piece after 12 noon on Saturday, to be delivered on a Sunday holiday, it will cost an additional charge back to your card of $155.00

If you decide any or all of these charges apply to your product order, it is required that you have read and understand the terms of this agreement. No after hours flower order will be delivered without the phrase "I understand and accept the after hours designer and delivery agreement" placed in the "Special Instructions" window at checkout. Your credit card will be charged back the appropriate services you require. Your order will not be processed without listing in the "Special Instructions" window at checkout "I understand and accept the after hours designer and delivery agreement.

Due to the cost of fuel, there is automatically a $10.00 delivery fee added to all orders under $100.00.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. In single flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
